Dear Martin Customer,

Over the past month we have stayed consistent with following the state proposed Stay at Home Order. Starting in May, there has been some easing of the executive order, hence we are exploring opportunities to open our locations up to the public when possible. We want to layout the plan we have in place for the upcoming days and weeks.

Our primary focus during this pandemic is to ensure the safety of our team members who are essential to provide you service during this spring season. Thus, we are allowing those essential location teams to decide when and to what extent their location reopens to the public.

Phase 1- Current Status

Store remains open, but the doors are locked. We offer curbside pick-up with our parts department. Service calls with social distancing and call ahead for delivery or pick-ups. Sales department will make sales calls off site by appointment only.

Phase 2- Soft Opening

Store will unlock doors to the parts department only. We will still offer curbside pick-up if you choose, but we are allowing people inside the dealership to a “access point” to ask questions, pick-up parts, or order parts. Service calls with social distancing and call ahead for delivery or pick-ups. Sales department will make sales calls off site by appointment only.

Phase 3 – Open with Restrictions

Store will open with social distancing standards in place. We will still offer curbside pick-up if you are in an at-risk condition. Parts departments are open with customer interaction at the parts counter but with a barrier. Service and Sales departments will open with social distancing standards in place.

Phase 4- Open without Restrictions

This stage will happen when all state or federal mandates are lifted, and business is back to normal.

Our goal is to be flexible and fluid as possible, knowing some locations have not been impacted as greatly as others. We also understand the virus can impact areas quickly, thus we want to have a plan in place to for our location leadership to change store status as needed. Each location will communicate which phase it is in on the front door to the parts department and on their location Facebook page.

We will continue to communicate with you regularly and invite you to follow the latest on our response via the Landing Page on martinjd.com .

We sincerely thank you for choosing Martin.
