Last month, we held 4 clinics that were based around harvest and technology. Our Product Support team did a wonderful job on explaining and showing examples for each key point. If you were unable to attend, here’s a recap on everything we covered.
Premium Activation vs Automation Activation
The CommandCenter Premium Activation gathers 3 Precision Ag applications into a single orderable product for the 4600 CommandCenter Display with options to upgrade from other activation levels. With the CommandCenter Premium 3.0 Activation, operators have access to the following applications:
- Section Control
- AutoTrac RowSense
- In-Field Data Sharing
The CommandCenter Automation Activation gathers all available Precision Ag applications into a single orderable product for the 4600 CommandCenter Display with options to upgrade from other activation levels. With the CommandCenter Automation 4.0 Activation, operators have access to the following applications:
- AutoTrac Assisted Steering System
- AutoTrac RowSense System
- Section Control
- In-Field Data Sharing
- AutoPath System
- AutoTrac Implement Guidance (Passive Implement Guidance)
- AutoTrac Turn Automation
- Gen4 MachineSync

Work Planner
Work Planner is compatible with Gen4 Displays. You can create a work plan in Operations Center on Ops Center Web or Ops Center Mobile and send directly to your display. After sending the planned work to the machine, if you use boundaries, as soon as you cross into that boundary, the work plan will pop up on the display. This saves time form having to manually enter in all planting, spraying, harvesting, etc. info into the display.

Work can be created for tillage, seeding, application and harvest. If you need to make changes to an existing work plan, you can edit the plan in Operations Center, and it will update automatically on the display. If the machine is no JDLink enabled, work plans can be imported manually via a USB. Work Planner does not currently let you send AutoPath data.
