We have some exciting news to share! We are building a brand new facility for our Macomb location!
We want to keep everyone up-to-date with what is going on throughout the building process, so this will be the place to check back for updates!
This picture was taken April 11, 2022. Laverdiere Construction of Macomb moved dirt around to make the area flat for where the building will be. We also have gravel in place for the parking lot.
Groundbreaking Ceremony - May 10, 2022
We had an exciting day on May 10th - we officially broke ground! It was a warm one with some wind, but the day was perfect with having family, local community members and Martin Tractor employees in attendance for this special day.

Also in attendance: Michael Inman-Macomb Mayor, Scott Schwerer-Macomb County Board Chair, John Bannon-Macomb Community Development Coordinator, Kim Pierce-MAEDCO, Lauren Merritt-Macomb Chamber, John Deere representatives Chad Hensley and Andrew Haars, along with many Martin Tractor employees.

Footings Being Placed & Concrete Being Poured - August 17, 2022
We had some big changes happening back in August! The footings were being placed and concrete was being poured!
Getting Ready for Concrete - September 9, 2022
In-floor heat was being laid amongst other things to get ready for concrete!
We've Got Concrete - September 13 & October 5, 2022
They started to pour concrete on September 13th and it took a few days to get it all finished up! I stopped back on October 5th to see it all completed and I couldn't help but not share the beautiful scenery that surrounds the site!
