SMART Services

All of us at Martin know you have many concerns and better things to do with your time than worrying about scheduling maintenance and service for your agriculture equipment. Taking advantage of the innovative and efficient SMART Services program offered through Martin will not add more hours to your clock, but it will help you make better use of your time.

It's a streamlined internal process that takes much of the responsibility off your shoulders and charges trained Martin employees with specific scheduling and coordination responsibilities. That ensures your John Deere tractors, sprayers, planters, and combines will operate efficiently all season.

We know how important it is to have equipment ready when you need it; we also know how detrimental it might be to pull your farm equipment out of service for maintenance. Our program will help eliminate that possibility by completing a preventive maintenance check before the season begins.

We do the scheduling so that you can concentrate on the big picture.

Some of the included features of our SMART Services program are the comprehensive installation and setup of AMS Hardware in advance. We include initial customer training and timely assistance with data management; in-field maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance, both of which we initiate as a kind of "insurance" to minimize problems.

Whatever your needs may be for your John Deere tractors and additional AMS equipment, we have Integrated Solutions Packages to make your life easier. With the Data Optimization Plan, a specialist will visit with you on your farm four times each year: pre- and post-planting and again before and after harvest. These site visits are designed to help you gather and utilize the data needed to evaluate and improve your farm operation.

Marin Sullivan also offers Pre-season AMS Preparation, both before planting and before harvesting, to ensure trouble-free performance of your equipment during crucial times.

All of our SMART Services programs are designed to benefit you, the farmer, in ways that lessen your load and increase your output. Why not contact your local Martin dealer to discuss all the possibilities?
